Wrath of the Storm is a Tempest Domain Cleric passive feature. It grants the cleric two reactions, 
and 
, that can be triggered to retaliate against an attacking creature with 
Lightning or 
Thunder damage.
Description
As a reaction, strike back at an attacking creature, dealing 2d8Lightning or 2d8Thunder damage. The target takes half damage on a successful 
Saving throw.
How to learn
Classes:

For extra clarity, attacks here refer to successful hits. An attack that missed will not trigger the effect, even if it deals damage.
