  • This condition can be removed with Revivify Revivify, Scroll of Revivify, Scroll of True Resurrection or through Withers' services.
    • Non-playable characters cannot be revived after dying.
    • Companions, some potential companions and playable characters can be revived. However, most (perhaps all) companions and potential companions cannot be revived if they have not been recruited first. For example:
    • Alfira Alfira is an exception to the above. Should she somehow be recruited and perish at any point later, she cannot be revived.

Sources of Dead

  • If a playable character or companion fails three Death Saving Throws after being Downed Downed they will become dead.
  • If a non-playable creature reaches zero hit points they will become dead.
