Blade of Rime is an Action that allows the Monk Monk, whose subclass is Four Elements Icon.png Way of the Four Elements to deal use their equivalent of Ice Knife, at the cost of 2Use {{User:Tc/Ki}} instead . This skill, like most other Monk spells, is not affected by Silenced.

Description

Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10Damage TypesPiercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6Damage TypesCold to anyone nearby. It leaves an ice surface.

This spell can be cast while you are Silenced.
