Grants the passive Consume Life Essence. To use the free spell cast, you must toggle on the passive feature.

Conditions with the stack ID MAG_GREATER_NECROMANCY_LIFE_ESSENCE, only one of these can be applied at the same time:

Condition	Effects
Life Essence	Affected entity has absorbed a creature's essence. It can use that essence to cast any Necromancy spell without consuming a spell slot.
