Apprentice Laridda is an enslaved [[Deep Gnome]] who is forced to dig out [[Nere]] from underneath collapsed rubble in the [[Grymforge]].

After blowing the rubble apart a cutscene with Nere will trigger showing him tossing Laridda over the ledge and presumably into the lava. This, however, is not the case. Upon conclusion of the cutscene, she will appear at the southeast end of the area. She proceeds to run and cower right at the beginning of the wooden bridge.


It is possible to skip this cutscene by attacking Nere with a ranged attack before he initiates conversation. Nothing is gained from this and any deal made with the mercenaries will not trigger, causing everyone to become hostile. Laridda will still run to the southeastern portion of the area and cower by the bridge, as per usual.

Involvement[edit | edit source]

Act One[edit | edit source]

Laridda has a conversation with Lunkbug Lunkbug as they toil away, clearing the debris. If passing a check, from several options, the party can eavesdrop and gain information about Philomeen Philomeen and Runepowder.

If Laridda survives Grymforge, she can be encountered again at Ebonlake Grotto X: 87 Y: -95, alongside Lunkbug Lunkbug, Beldron Beldron, and Thulla Thulla.

Act Three[edit | edit source]

If the Ironhand Gnomes were freed from Moonrise Towers, Laridda joins them in Angleiron's Cellar. She and Nimble Nimble sabotage the Steel Watcher and Flaming Fist checkpoint with a Flashblinder, should the party pick a fight with the soldiers.
