Stage Fright is an Action and illithid power. This ability allows the character to inflict a fear of failure on their enemies, causing them to miss more often and take psychic damage.
Description
Your targets have Disadvantage on Attack Rolls and take 2~12Psychic damage each time they miss. Targets overcome their Stage Fright early when they succeed on an Attack Roll.
