Javelin is a mundane, nonmagical variant of the Javelins family of weapons. It is a simple melee weapon wielded in one hand. Its design lends itself well to be thrown at enemies as a projectile. Its design doesn't lend itself to be dual-wielded, even by those with special training in dual-wielding.
A rusted fishing harpoon, repurposed as a weapon.
