Infernal Spear is a rare, lightly enchanted (+1) special variant of the Spears family of weapons. It is a simple melee weapon that can be wielded in one hand, or with both hands for extra damage. Its design lends itself well to be thrown at enemies as a projectile.
Precise infernal runes are woven into this weapon's filigree, implying a creator well-versed in hellish arcana.
