The Water Queen's Cellar is in a small cave that can be accessed from the beach near the three fisherman just south of the Water Queen's House. It cannot be explored without trespassing; the use of stealth is recommended.

Towards the back of the cellar is a treasure pile containing ~400 gold and random jewelry. Looting the pile earns the Wavemother's ire, triggering an Ice Storm upon the party and summoning hostile Sahuagin.
