Vampiric Touch is a Level 3 Necromancy spell. This spell allows spellcasters to siphon the life force of their target.
Description
Touch an enemy to siphon their life force. You regain half as many Hit Points as the damage they take.
For 10 turns, you can use Vampiric Touch again without expending an additional spell slot.
Properties
Available to level 5 Warlock and Wizard.

At Higher Levels
When the spell is cast using a 4th Level spell slot or higher, damage increases by 1d6 Necrotic
damage for each spell slot level above 3rd.
