Open Hand Temple Cellar is a Location within Rivington in Act Three of Baldur's Gate 3. This area can be accessed from a hatch in the floor of the Open Hand Temple.
Overview
The central room is a small chapel to Ilmater. There are two buttons on the northeast and southeast side of the room, hidden behind heraldic crests, that can be revealed with a successful 
DC 10 Perception check. Using these buttons grants access to the Under Temple Cave Area.
The quest 
can be completed in the crypt room on the west side of the area.
