Each jewel gleams with the energy of the natural elements.

- The amulet does not work with any other surfaces. This includes the other basic elemental surfaces like
Ice surfaces or 
Electrified Water surfaces. - Valid poison surfaces can be created by breaking
Simple Toxin vials or with 
. Surfaces created by breaking stronger poisons like 
Serpent Fang Toxin are different and will not work. - Previously was sold by Grat the Trader in the Goblin Camp, Brem in the Zhentarim Basement, or Roah Moonglow in Shattered Sanctum. As of Patch 3, this was moved to Hope in the House of Hope.
