Bonespike Helmet is a very rare Helmet that when the wearer Rages, all hostile creatures within a 3m radius must roll a wisdom saving throw, if they do not succeed this roll then they take 2d4 Psychic damage. They receive half damage upon a successful roll.
The tibia of a storm giant was ground and chiselled and reworked till it became this helm. The wearer can actually smell summer tempest clouds like maroon-dark dread while wearing the helm.

Notes
- The bonus damage applied to Menacing Attack isn't equal to a Superiority Dice, as would be the case for a regular Menacing Attack, but is equal to your Proficiency bonus.
- The DC of Menacing Attack is determined by the same methods as other Manoeuvres, namely adding your Strength or Dexterity bonus to 12.
- Menacing Attack changes the names of some weapon features, such as Absolute Night, in the combat log to Menacing Attack while others, such as, Fly Trap, are displayed correctly.
Bugs
- As of Hotfix 17, due to a bug, the psychic damage from Fury in the Marrow is totally nullfied on a successful Wisdom save instead of halved.
