A reward received from biting Araj Oblodra. Vampirism has sometimes been called The Dark Gift, or the Dark Kiss, perhaps as an allusion to their forbidden relationship to sunshine. It does provide gifts in abundance; such is the case with this potion.

Notes

  • It is necessary to convince Astarion to bite Araj in Moonrise Towers
  • This potion can raise a Strength score above 20.
  • The potion's effects are added on top the character's base score:
    • It will be applied on top of the Ability Score Improvement feat. (E.g. You can raise a character's strength to 20 with the aforementioned feat after drinking it and still have a strength of 22.)
    • It will still be present after changing the character's class with Withers and modifying their base statistics.
