Blade of Rime is an 
Action that allows the Monk, whose subclass is 
Way of the Four Elements to deal use their equivalent of Ice Knife, at the cost of 2Use {{User:Tc/Ki}} instead
. This skill, like most other Monk spells, is not affected by Silenced.
Description
Throw a shard of ice that deals 1d10
Piercing damage. It explodes and deals 2d6
Cold to anyone nearby. It leaves an ice surface.
This spell can be cast while you are Silenced.
Properties
Action + 2Use {{User:Tc/Ki}} instead
Attack roll- Damage: 1d10Piercing + 2d6Cold
18 m / 60 ft
AoE: _ m / 7 ft (Radius)- Creates surface: Ice Surface
