Frozen

• Affected entity is utterly enamelled in ice and is Incapacitated. If it is dealt Bludgeoning, Thunder, or Force damage, the ice shatters, ending the condition.
• (Not mentioned in tooltip) Gains Vulnerability to Bludgeoning, Thunder, and Force.

Sources of Frozen

•  Chilled
•  Encrusted with Frost

Notes

• Can be achieved by combining  Wet and  Chilled.
  • Will replace both conditions.
