Items that Apply Mental Fatigue

• Equipment:
  • Braindrain Gloves: When you deal Psychic damage, you also inflict  Mental Fatigue for 2 turns.
  • Ring of Mental Inhibition: When a foe fails a Saving Throw Against one of your spells or actions, they gain  Mental Fatigue for 2 turns.

Notes

• Multiple applications of Mental Fatigue on a target do not stack.
