Falcäo can be found just past the Flaming Fist checkpoint at X: 23 Y: 64 and will offer the party a deal to destroy the Ironhand Gnomes, whose crusade against the Steel Watch has made them a thorn in the side of the Fists.

Fighting the Fists at the checkpoint will make him hostile.
