Zara the Mummy is an Mummy trader found at the Circus of the Last Days. She sells dyes and disguise kits, though her intentions as a trader are hidden behind muffled grunts.

Involvement
Zara can be found at her tent in the Circus of the Last Days, Rivington. X: 52 Y: -75. The words that attempt to escape her desiccated, undead, presumably tongueless mouth are indecipherable. Understanding her requires passing a 
DC 10 Insight check to understand her miming, or casting Detect Thoughts and passing the associated DC 10 Intelligence check. If the latter check is passed, the party is rewarded with her brusque inner monologue:

Neither of these checks are actually required in order to access her trade inventory, as it is still possible to press the "Trade" button in the lower-right corner during dialogue to access her wares at any point.
