Hags are a non-playable Fey Race in Baldur's Gate 3. They are clever, highly magical creatures who delight in the suffering they cause. Their power is further increased by their collections of magical trinkets, created by the Hag over the years.
There are three known kinds of hags: Green Hags, Sea Hags, and Night Hags [1] Night Hags are named after their ability to haunt a mortal's dreams. They slowly devour the mortal's vital essense, collecting it in their soul bag. They are known to be petty and selfish, and prone to bragging.
