Bored Ox

Bored Ox can be found in the Emerald Grove in Act One.

Involvement

Act One

A party character can use  Speak with Animals to converse with Bored Ox. The ox reveals that he is envious of the druids for their shape shifting and annoyed with the tieflings for hiding "shiny bits" in their food. If the party ask about the "shiny bits", the Bored Ox reveals the location of a hidden Pouch in haystack nearby.

If the interacting party member is a druid, they can encourage the ox to meditate so that, one day, they may also change form. However, this does not change the ox's dour outlook on life.
