Hastar Biggs is a rock gnome member of the Church of Gond, held hostage at the Iron Throne by

 Enver Gortash.

Involvement edit

If entering the Iron Throne,  Enver Gortash triggers explosions that collapse the building. Hastar Biggs is trapped in the southern-most of the two western cells, alongside  Featherweight Falson and  Phoenix Lubbins. Once freed, he dashes towards the Submersible to escape.

Attacks and abilities edit

Hastar Biggs only uses Dash every turn, with the help of the  Glimpse of Freedom condition which is applied when the cage is opened.
