Notes

• The cloak is part of Ferg Drogher's special stock, which requires a  Persuasion check to be accessed.
• This type of cloak was also available in Baldur's Gate 1 & 2. It didn't allow for direct control of other characters, but unlike most charms wouldn't result in hostilities after the effect wears off and could be used on many creatures that were otherwise unaffected by charms like undead.
