Sethan: Reduce

Sethan: Reduce is a level 2 transmutation spell. This spell allows users to decrease a creature's body size. Affected creatures deal less damage with their weapons and have Disadvantage on Strength Ability Checks and Saving Throws. This item spell is a variant of  Reduce.

Description

Make a creature smaller. Its weapons deal 1d4 less damage (minimum of 1 damage). It has  Disadvantage on  Strength checks and  Strength saving throws.
