• Sethan is part of Ferg Drogher's special stock, which requires a  Persuasion check to be accessed. He does not sell any items (including this one) if Shadowheart is in the party, unless she killed The Nightsong earlier in Act Two, in which case no persuasion check is needed.
• This weapon and its abilities are a reference to a character in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Stardust Crusaders named Alessi. Alessi wields an axe and possesses a stand spirit named Sethan that similarly wields an axe and who has the power to de-age people, usually reducing them into young children.
