Talli can be found with her family inside Armbrust's Home in the Lower City. According to 
Armbrust's Ledger, the family has been falling behind on their debts because many of Tym's clients are behind on payments.
If the newborn Mind Flayer in the Rivington windmill is fed a corpse, Talli is then found dead inside her home as the mind flayer roams freely.
