Yeller Dawg is a human civilian who can be found near the Grey Harbour Docks in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate in Act Three.

Flaerian and 
Saer Deelia, standing around a deactivated Steel Watcher only after the Steel Watch Foundry has been demolished. When spoken to, he is elated that the Steel Watchers are finally dead.
