Flaerian is a human civilian who can be found near the Grey Harbour Docks in the Lower City of Baldur's Gate in Act Three.

Flaerian can be encountered alongside Fist Rockbothem, Fist Virry, Saer Deelia and Yeller Dawg, standing around a deactivated Steel Watcher only after the Steel Watch Foundry has been demolished.
