Act Three

Yeller Dawg can be encountered alongside  Fist Rockbothem,  Fist Virry,  Flaerian and  Saer Deelia, standing around a deactivated Steel Watcher only after the Steel Watch Foundry has been demolished. When spoken to, he is elated that the Steel Watchers are finally dead.
