Chilling Overflow is a variant of  Overflowing Brew available to Thisobald Thorm in Honour mode when his brew type is Cold.

Description

Thisobald's unstable brew overflows, dealing 6d6Cold to surrounding enemies and empowering his allies with a  Cold Brew.

• Affected entity deals an additional 2d6Cold damage while infused with Thisobald's current brew.

Condition: Slowed

 Slowed

Duration: 2 turns

• Movement Speed is halved
•  Armour Class and Dexterity Saving throws are reduced by 2
• Can only take an Action or a Bonus Action, not both
• Cannot take Reactions
• Cannot make more than 1 attack per turn
• Spells cast might be delayed for one turn
