Shadow Mastiff Alpha is a monstrosity creature encountered in Act Two.

Act Two[edit | edit source]

This monstrous dog, composed of shadow and sinew, is always hostile. It appears out of the shadows alongside three Shadow Mastiffs in the Ruined Battlefield, near X: -49 Y: 36, when the nearby ever-burning torches are destroyed.

While slightly more powerful than the Shadow Mastiff, they are physically identical and use the same in-game model.
