Archducal Coronation - Admission Pass is a story item shown to Blaze Elin who guards the gate at Wyrm's Rock Fortress. Without the item she will not grant access and lower the gate.
This pass - signed by Gortash himself and scented like vanilla and rosewood - will get you into the Coronation ceremony.
