Arka is a Tiefling NPC in Baldur's Gate 3. She is Kanon's sister and Memnos' close friend, and can be found at the Druid Grove.
Act One

Her brother, Kanon, is one of the casualties of the first Goblin assault to the Grove. She'll be found crying over his dead brother's body and being consoled by her friend Memnos. Arka will furiously pick up a nearby crossbow and head towards the Grove's prison, where the goblin Sazza is being held.
The player can either intervene or allow her to kill Sazza. Her next dialogues will depend on the outcome of that situation.
She'll can be found later, close to the Goblin Camp, dead under unknown circunstances, carrying Kanon's handkerchief.
