The Boots of Brilliance are a rare pair of Boots that allow the wearer to replenish one Bardic Inspiration charge once per long rest.
Tiny bells are sewn into the boots' cuffs. They jingle subtly with every step.

An owned chest found in the room jsut north of Yurgar, in the Gauntlet of Shar ruins.
Notes
- In Early Access, these were dropped by a Mimic in Grymforge. In the final release, that Mimic now drops Wondrous Gloves.
