Dexterity is an Ability Score and the primary ability of Rogue, Ranger.

Dexterity affects your Dexterity skills (Acrobatics, Sleight Of Hand, Stealth) and Attack Rolls so you become better at ranged combat. It also affects your Initiative and Armour Class.
