How to learn

Classes:

• Class Level 3: Bard , and Warlock

Notes

• There is a chance of failure, cause unknown.
• This spell prevents NPCs from investigating crimes, in other words, pickpocketing an Enthralled NPC or Enthralling them right after a successful pickpocket will stop them from investigating or initiating a conversation.
• Additionally, since no investigation was carried out, the pickpocketer isn't marked as suspicious, so the NPC in question will not stare at the criminal, making successive pickpocket attempts easier to set up.
