Hellish Rebuke is a level 1 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to surround a creature in hellfire that deals Fire damage as a 
Reaction when taking damage from them.
Description
React to your next attacker with flames that deal 2d10Fire damage.
On Save: Target still takes half damage.

At higher levels

- Class Level 1: Warlock
- Class Level 3: Oathbreaker Paladin

- Class Level 10: Bard via Magical Secrets
Races:
- Character level 3: Asmodeus Tiefling
