Mapped Terror: Ceremorphosis is a level 4 illusion spell. This spell creates the illusion that its target has transformed into a Mind Flayer, freezing them in fear.
Description
Exploit the target's mapped fear to make it believe it has undergone ceremorphosis.

Casting this spell at a higher level grants no additional benefit.
