Metamagic: Heightened Spell is a Level 3 Sorcerer Ability. This Metamagic ability allows Sorcerers to empower the magical effects of their Spells, making it harder for targeted creatures to resist the spell.

Targets of spells that require Saving Throws have 
Disadvantage on their first Saving Throw.
