Mithral Ore is a "common" Consumable item but only two can ever be found. It is used for crafting adamantine armour or weapons, which all have the Reeling effect. - Mithral Ore is an ingredient found from one of two Ore Veins in Abandoned Refuge.
- Abandoned Refuge, North East of the Adamantine Forge, across some lava, against the cavern wall. X: -556 Y: 277

Notes
- The items that can be crafted using this ore are:
Adamantine Mace, 
Adamantine Longsword,

Adamantine Splint Armour. - Crafting one item uses up one Mithral Ore and only one ore can be obtained from each vein, meaning only two adamantine items can be crafted in any one game.
