Psionic Dominance is a reaction and Illithid Power. This feature allows a character to use a reaction to nullify a spell of lower or equal level to their Proficiency Bonus when targeted by an enemy within 18m.

Description

Nullify another creature's spell as a reaction. The spell must be 3rd Level or lower. If it is higher, you must succeed a Check to nullify it, the difficulty of which is based on the spell's level.
