- As of Patch 3, this item's drop circumstances are bugged. It is not found directly in the Mimic's inventory, but rather drops to the ground when the initial chest is destroyed in a single Action, before the Mimic appears, along with a duplicate copy of the Stained Letter.
- A Spell Attack is a spell that uses an Attack Roll, as opposed to a Saving Throw, to determine if it hits. An example of a Spell Attack is Fire Bolt.
