Interactions

  • Turns into an electrified water surface for Duration: 2 turns after being exposed to lightning damage. Reverts back to water afterwards.
  • Turns into an ice surface for Duration: 2 turns after being exposed to ice damage. Reverts back to water afterwards.
  • Turns into a Steam Cloud Steam Cloud for Duration: 2 turns after being exposed to fire damage.

Notes

  • Will apply the Wet Wet condition if created directly on an object, but not if that object passes through after the surface has already been created.
