Wrath Of The Storm is a Tempest Domain Cleric 
Reaction. It allows the Cleric to strike back an attacking creature using a Reaction, doing 
Lightning damage.
Description
Strike back an attacking creature, potentially dealing 2d8Lightning damage.
On a successful Dexterity 
Saving throw, you deal half of a 2d8
Thunder damage roll.
Properties
- Damage: (half damage on a Dexterity
2d8 (2~16) Lightning damage Saving throw) - Can be applied only when the Cleric itself is targeted.
- Acquired at level 1 with the Tempest Domain Cleric subclass.
