Wrath Of The Storm is a Tempest Domain Cleric 
Reaction. It allows the Cleric to strike back an attacking creature using a Reaction, doing 
Lightning damage or 
Thunder damage on a failed save.
Description
Strike back an attacking creature, potentially dealing 2d8Lightning damage.
On a successful Dexterity 
Saving throw, you deal half of a 2d8Thunder damage roll.
Properties
