Cirrus, a Sister of Justice, appears alongside Arbiter Feena when summoned by Mizora during a camp event. She and Feena are present to witness one of Wyll and Mizora's pact negotiations: the signing of an infernal contract to save Duke Ravengard's life, at the cost of Wyll's eternal servitude to Mizora and Zariel.
