Fog is a cloud that blinds and obscures creatures such that they cannot attack into or out of the cloud.

• The affected creature has  Disadvantage on  Attack Rolls.
• The affected creature's range of attacks and spells reduced to 3 m (10 ft).
• Attack rolls against affected creatures have  Advantage.

Notes

• In addition to creating a heavily obscured area, it also blocks line of sight from creatures with Darkvision, similar to magical darkness.
• Creatures with abilities that can see through Darkness like Devil's Sight or Born into Darkness can also see through fog, treating it as a lightly obscured area.
