Infernal Legion is a passive feature that makes the wearer a part of the legion.

Grants the  Infernal Legion condition while worn.

• You are one, you are legion, without personality or individuality - born only to fight.
• When within 20 m / 67 ft of another creature wearing a merregon's mask, Strength increases by 1 and Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma decrease by 1 per nearby mask.

Notes

• The  Infernal Legion condition is only applied if the mask's wearer is within range of one or more other creatures wearing a mask. It gains one stack for each mask within range, not including the wearer themself. It is also not displayed on the mask's tooltip in-game.
• Infernal Legion grants an uncapped bonus to Strength, but takes effect before other items and bonuses which raise Strength to a capped amount.
• Sometimes, upon a character level up, the Infernal Legion buff disappears; this can be corrected by unequipping and re-equipping the mask.
• The Infernal Legion buff disappears if a Druid wearing the mask uses  Wild Shape.
