Description
Compel an enemy with 100 Hit Points or fewer to die instantly. Limited to one use only.

Notes
- After using this spell on a creature, it is removed from the player character's common actions and cannot be used again.
- The spell is not removed if it is cast on the caster themselves and the caster actually dies from it.
- The spell can be cast on two targets simultaneously through the use of
Twinned Spell or 
Split Enchantment.
- Using either of these features to target the caster along with another creature allows the spell to be used repeatedly.
Sarevok casts this on 
Dolor if the player character convinces Dolor to take up arms against the Murder Tribunal.
