Reapply Hex (Strength) is a bonus action that allows casters of 
Hex to move the curse to a new target without spending additional spell slots. It is granted after the previous target dies so long as concentration on Hex is maintained. This variant of the curse imposes disadvantage on Strength Ability checks (but not Saving throws).
Description
Deal an additional 1d6
Necrotic damage when you attack the target and impart 
Disadvantage on Strength Checks.
